Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Vinyasa Flow is a style of yoga characterised by stringing postures together so that you move seamlessly from one to another, using breath.  It is more dynamic and has a flowing rhythm.

The process of connecting your body to your breath raises awareness and focus; a great way to set yourself up for the day!
