Our Mat Pilates classes are performed equipment free with the moves adapted to work with just your body and a floor mat for cushioning.  Mat Pilates is a great way to stretch and strengthen your body, primarily the muscles of the core.  Benefits are improved strength, posture, agility, flexibility, as well as toned muscles.

Pilates is the type of workout that will provide you with increased energy levels, a clear, focused mindset and a body that feels strong and in control.
