Group Training

Our small group training classes are designed for all fitness levels and are customised to those in attendance so you can get the most benefit out of each session.  You will be coached through HIIT and metabolic conditioning sessions that are scientifically proven to put your metabolism into overdrive in a shorter time.  There is a new workout every day so your body is always challenged and you never get bored.
